Research constitutes an integral part of the Study Center's activities. The Center regularly sponsors and hosts international academic conferences, mainly - but not exclusively - in the fields of monetary economics and finance.

 

In particular, it organizes a bi-annual conference with the Journal of Monetary Economics, and it holds the European Summer Symposia in Economic Theory and in Financial Markets (ESSET and ESSFM), joint with the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR).

 

Recent research of the Study Center's academic staff is disseminated in a working paper series.
