Having worked as researcher and teacher, banking supervisor and central banker myself, I love teaching central bankers courses in Gerzensee because everyone can learn so much from each other: For example in 2024 we compared details of how the Countercyclical Capital Buffer had been applied in different jurisdictions, why and with how much success, and I think that was highly instructive for everyone.
