October 2026 marked the one-year anniversary of the ETH Sustainable Finance Chair, whose team has grown from one to six people over the past twelve months — the perfect occasion for their first research retreat. Over three days, the group pursued three objectives: strengthening team spirit and collaboration, sharing best practices on AI in academic research, and giving PhD students the opportunity to present and discuss their latest research.
